PUBG Mobile update: PUBG has announced the Esports Awards 2020 to be awarded after the completion of season 2. The voting process will soon be live in-game, remember like the previous time as well, the award winners will be completely chosen through fan votes, irrespective of their PMPL performances. You can vote here

PUBG Mobile took to its social media handles to rewards it’s top pro players in different categories and in different regions. The players will be selected from more than 169 countries and regions. The first season of the Esports Awards was held after the PUBG Mobile World League Season Zero (PMWL Season Zero), where top players from different regions were rewarded a total amount of 2000 USD.

The PUBG Mobile Esports Awards were first introduced in July 2020. Awards were given to MVPs in every tournament such as PMPL SEA, PMPL South Asia, PMPL Americas, PMWL Season Zero, and one fan’s favourite player.

The various nominations that will receive awards at the upcoming PUBG Mobile Global Championship include:

  • The Gunslinger : The player with the highest kills, damage and headsot in the game
  • Eagle Eye : The player with the longest sniper kill range
  • Grenade Master : Player with the highest Granade kills and knockouts
  • Field Medic : The player with the highest number of assists in the game
  • The Survivor: The player who lasts the longest and does the least damage
  • Fan-Favorite Player
  • Global Championship MVP

The MVP for PMPL S2 in each region will also receive awards, just like the first season. Not to forget, Fan-Favorite Player will also be given back for one player in the entire season 2.
