Esports Entertainment Group Extends Existing Deal with Dignitas, Obtaining

ESports Entertainment Group, Inc., a licensed online gambling firm with a focus on esports betting and 18+ gaming, has announced an extended deal with Dignitas, the esports vertical of New Meta Entertainment Inc. (NME) and a leading esports organization on the planet.

The firm’s online betting platform,, became an official multi-year partner of Dignitas in June 2019, and under the extended deal, it has now gotten the naming rights of Dignitas’s popular CS:GO team.

“Dignitas is a true leader in the esports community,” said the Company CEO, Grant Johnson.

“Expanding our existing partnership and placing our brand in front of the millions of engaged Dignitas fans around the world further demonstrates our commitment to growing into the leading wagering platform in esports globally.”

Aside from’s integration into the CS:GO naming rights and jersey, the colloborators will introduce strategic digital and physical activations with the New Jersey marketplace as a primary focus.

In June 2018, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy signed Assembly Bill 411, legitimizing sports betting in the state. Come 2019, Dignitas became the first esports company to open a gaming venue in Newark, N.J, next to the popular sports and entertainment venue, Prudential Center.

Moreover, the deal also paves the way into the European market via association with Dignitas’ popular CS:GO team originating from Scandinavia.

“The partnership’s focus on digital and physical activations in the New Jersey market is ideally timed for us as we move forward on our application for our New Jersey gaming license,” added Johnson.

Esports Entertainment Group, a member of ESIC, is collobarating with NME, to ensure that conflicts of interest as well as betting and age requirement rules are maintained throughout.
