Upcoming Pokemon in Pokémon UNITE

admin by admin
February 1, 2023
in News

Pokémon UNITE has a very extensive roster, but it doesn’t have all of them. With Scarlet and Violet out, the national Pokédex has surpassed 1,000 entries. UNITE does not have quite that many, but they do have plenty to choose from. Since the game is still very much active, it’s reasonable to assume they will continue adding characters.

Getting all 1,000+ creatures into the MOBA game is unrealistic, but there’s plenty to add from the Pokédex.

Comfey is set to join the Pokemon UNITE roster on February 2, 2023

Pokemon UNITE upcoming Pokémon list

The next character up for arrival? Comfey! The Fairy-type Pokémon from the Alola region is coming to UNITE on February 2. It will go live in an update at 3 AM EST.

Comfey will be a character that focuses on healing. With recent move announcements, it has a very unique mechanic. It can attach itself to an ally to heal them and add shields! Additionally, Comfey is confirmed to be a Support character and is could end up to being hybrid between a healing Support character such as Blissey and a shield Support character like Hoopa!

Furthermore, the possibilities for a character like Comfey are endless. Adding a variety of characters is vital to keeping the game alive and the community happy. Adding Comfey is a nice addition that should please all players.

We expect the following Pokemon to also join the UNITE roster this year:

  • Umbreon
  • Lucario
  • Drifblim
  • Throh, Mewtwo
  • Volcarona
  • Ursaring
