How to Watch $100K Warzone World Classic


The World Cup of Warzone is here, find out all the details of the $100k Warzone World Classic.


The World Cup is well underway as we head into the final round of 16 matches today. However, the Warzone 2 World Cup is just getting started. Boom.TV are hosting a Warzone 2 tournament with 32 countries from around the world represented, with $100K on the line. Here’s everything you need to know.

Format

The Warzone 2 World Classic will consist of 32 teams of 2. All teams will feature players of the same nationality representing their country in the tournament. This is a two-day event, with the first day seeing round-robin group play, and the first round of the bracket. The group stage works by the 32 teams being put into 8 groups of 4. The groups will play round-robin matches, with the top 2 in each group advancing to bracket play. All matches are 2v2 kill races, and best of three’s. The second day will see the remainder of the double-elimination bracket played out.

Prizing

  • 1st – $40K
  • 2nd – $20K
  • 3rd – $15K
  • 4th – $10K 
  • 5th/6th – $2K
  • 7th/8th – $1,500
  • 9th – 12th – $500
  • 13th – 16th – $250

Schedule and How to Watch

Warzone 2 World Classic will kick off at 3pm ET on December 6th and 7th. You can watch the event on the Boom.TV Twitch Channel, or your favorite streamer will also be streaming their POV.
